All About the New Star Wars

Since the announcement of the purchase of Lucas Films buzz has been collected about the new Star Wars movie and its release. This is the movie that affected people from around the world, of all ages, and has created an excitement built for the upcoming film.  This blog is to start piecing together all the new and exciting facts of the upcoming continuation of the most awaited film franchise.
The film is projected to release in 2015. The film will be directed by J.J. Abrams. This is an exciting twist to think about. Abrams is he director of such films like Star Trek and TVs shows Lost and Fringe. According to Usa Today Michael Arndt will write the screenplay. This is exciting and nerve-wracking for fans. The previous films have only been directed by Lucas himself with the exception with Empire Strikes Back and have been written by Lucas himself. Will this new team be able to live up to the dream and vision of its creator?
Who is creating the next adventure is exciting but not as exciting as who is going to be living it. Mark Hamill also known as Luke Skywalker has shown some concern when asked about casting in the new film. In an interview with Yidio.com he expresses his excitement and concern. From the interview Hamill discussed his involvement on the circumstances and involvement of his old cast mates. Harrison Ford has been open to discuss his involvement.  There has been much talk of the original cast but not on how much involvement they would play in the new film.
This is all exciting news for the fans of Star Wars. The amount of information that is available is just enough to start and generate a great buzz worldwide. Can’t wait for more new and exciting news before 2015!

Independent Film Making Some Noise!

One of the largest independent films will be premiering this year. The film, Made in Cleveland is a collection of eleven characters stories on love based in the city of Cleveland Ohio.  The film was collaborated by one of the largest crews and cast ever seen for an independent film. There were about twelve filmmakers that worked together on this film. They kept the spirit of the film alive by having most of the people involved natives on Cleveland. This includes their twelve filmmakers and one hundred forty cast members involved in the film. The film was wrapped up in the end of 2012 and is making its way to the film festivals nationwide in 2013.
This seems like an interesting film based upon its trailer which can be seen on its website. There have been other successful films like this such as Valentines Day and New Years Eve. It will be interesting to watch the success of this film as it becomes available to consumers. The trailer touches upon interesting story lines of love that the film expresses. Will the involvement of such a large group and the plot of a love story is exciting enough to get people in the theaters? The founder of 1013 films is excited to see the success of their film and the impact it will have at the box office.
MidwestMovie Maker interviewed Swinderman the brains of the film and gets some back information on his talent and the film. The interview begins with information about Swinderman as a filmmaker and how he ventured to this role. This is an intriguing part of an interview to understand where the man behind the camera is coming from. Another interesting question is the idea of the film. The film is broken into eleven different story lines. The direction that was taken with this film is that every storyline had it own director. This makes the film a big collaboration and group effort! To know the true success of the most talked about Independent film of 2013 we will have to wait until summer!
